Leadership Coaching Packages

The Platinum Package extends for six months and includes a minimum of 1 coaching session a week with the option of additional coaching sessions as needed based on mutual determination up to a total of fifty (50) sessions. In addition, the professional receives consulting services up to a total of thirty (30) hours based on challenges and opportunities identified and shared with the PFC provider via client portal and email. This support results in direct feedback from the provider to help the professional improve their executive skills and strategic knowledge for leadership.

The Gold Full Support Package includes the same benefits of the Platinum Full Support Package for six (6) months but a total of up to 25 hours of coaching and consulting services up to fifteen (15) hours. The consulting hours do not include the provider’s preparation time for each consultation or other digital exchanges such as email and document review and exchange.

The Silver Full Support Package includes the same benefits of the Platinum and Silver Full Support Packages but extends for three (3) months and a total of up to ten (10) hours of coaching and consulting services for up to seven (7) hours.

The Diamond Coaching Package extends for six months and includes a minimum of 1 coaching session a week with the option of additional coaching sessions as needed based on mutual determination up to a total of thirty (30) sessions. This package focuses on the individual and their personal development as a leader, but does not include any direct professional skill set advancement as found in the Support Packages.

The Ruby Coaching Package includes the same benefits of the Diamond Coaching Package for six (6) months but a total of up to fifteen (15) hours of coaching services.

The Pearl Coaching Package extends for three (3) months and a total of up to ten (10) hours of coaching.
